Authentic, comfortable room. Comfortable beds. Lovely and warm. Filter coffee and cafetiere in room. Luxury bath products provided. Gorgeous breakfast. Really friendly and helpful hosts. Would definitely stay again

+Good location and free parking space
- Very cold during winter months due to ~200 old single glaze windows. The heating also is not potent enough to maintain an acceptable temperature even when left on the entire time. Lastly, our host overslept on our last day for the scheduled breakfast, which was important since we had to catch a flight.
Conclusion: ๐ skip, there are much better places in Bath

My daughter and I had a lovely experience visiting for a long weekend in May. The staff could not have been more friendly, the accommodations were extremely comfortable and the breakfast was ample and delicious. We would go back in a heartbeat. We especially appreciated the Jane Austen connection.

Stayed here this weekend and it's a great place to stay if you want to stay in Bath! So big and spacious, clean and the church opposite is stunning! Will definitely be staying here again.

Steeped in history, a beautiful house. Not much in the way of creature comforts though. No TV in the bedroom. Ensure you ask for large portions for breakfast. The Austrian option doesn't go very far.
